The following form will assist CCUFoodCrew in evaluating requests for financial assistance through the student catering support fund provided by the University's contracted food service provider, Aramark. The student catering support fund is intended to be used to directly benefit and support the University's student groups to achieve the University's mission by providing programming and events.
Requests must be made at least 15 days prior to the first day of the event. Requests made with less than 15 days' notice will be denied.
